I am a chef with 23 years experience in some of the west country's best restaurants. I am based in Bristol and work independently or with a small group of experienced staff across the South West and wider UK.
I have many years of experience teaching in cookery schools along side the practical teaching of professional diploma courses for apprentice chefs. I am also a trained Mentor and Assessor. At present I am overseeing the delivery of both Level 2 and Level 3 courses in Professional Cookery at St Katherines School at Ham Green, Bristol.
As well as the courses here I run the kitchen at the schools training restaurant The Leaf open on thursday evenings only this is the only student lead restaurant in a secondary school in the country. Please see links to both of these on my contacts page.
